  A local institution. High Quality BBQ, and in New England, no less! There is a reason why they've been written up by Gourmet magazine, and have a photo of Julia Child visiting. They've been serving a well curated selection of craft beers long before it was cool. Affordable and not at all pretentious: just high quality. The real deal.

  My family has been going here for years to get some of the best BBQ available close to the city. The food is always great and you are able to get a tremendous portion size for the value. The drinks are very good, and feel free to bring the entire family if need be. It is a good spot for all ages, though there is too much room to wait, so have your entire party be there. If you are in a hurry, they have takeout available as well. There is plenty of city parking in the area, and the restaurant is a short walk from many of the parking stations.

  Great food, laid back service. I've been here a few times and have never been disappointed (except the cornbread, which is surprisingly bland tasting and dry). Pulled pork and hash here is fantastic. Recently decided to try the chicken and waffles. Chicken was sweet, which was a surprise, but cooked well. Waffles were delicious. I liked the addition of gravy on the side. Decent beer selection too.
