  Called for to place an order for pickup. An associate picked up the phone with a bad attitude and without identifying himself or Dominos Pizza. I proceeded to place my order anyway. Gave instructions to go light on the butter and seasoning from the shaker because I don't want the breadsticks to be over saturated and salty. The associate reacted again with attitude as if he doesn't want to take the side note. Turned off, I cancelled the order.

  I have been ordering from there for many years, no complains on the food part it has always been good nor on the cashiers for I have never walked in.However, today at 7:50 PM I had the worse experience of customer service I could possibly imagine, I made a mistake on misplacing the order on a non updated app on my phone which did not have my new address that I placed online on the computer and only after the order was done and the driver called me I realized it has been misplaced so I called the driver to let him know and cancel the order but he had already given to someone else who still lives in that house and sighed on my instead without my permission, so I asked him to get the food back cause I was not going to pay for something that I am not going to eat and he got angry at me for making him take the order back and started to victimize himself I literally asked in monotone, then I called the store to make sure it has been cancelled and then the owner or manager got on the phone with attitude and speaking loudly, he was being rude as a person could be so I asked him to stop please all I want to know is if my order has been cancelled (very calm cause when you see a fool u don't want there to be 2 instead) and then he started screaming at me calling me profane names in Portuguese (which I also speak) he switched from English to Portuguese claiming that I was rude to his driver when I wasn't without even listening to my side or my plead for him to calm down, he screamed more and more completely one sided and turned hung up the phone on my face. I do not recommend anyone going into the store and the drive might have just had a bad day, the food there is good so order online but customer service is definitely 0.
